Very pleased with this company. I have had 5 previous service people come out in the past 5 years to take care of this situation. They all put a band-aid on it said it was fixed. The service tech with HVAC took the time to solve the problem and go the extra mile to hopefully make sure it was fixed.

I would select all three of the above options for Timeliness, Professionalism and Problem Resolution. Quite honestly, this is the first vendor that I have had when making a claim with AHS that actually met all 3. Too many times AHS fights with its vendors and customers, but they got it right here.

On Time, Professional, and Problem Solving! The Rep Saved Me 100's of dollars. He was able to fix the issue in 10 minutes and was a completely different diagnosis than the original service company that came out. A True Blessing!
